Eligibility Criteria Class: XI Admission

Session :  2025 - 2026

ADMISSION CRITERIA : Students appearing in Class: X (any Board) 2025 are eligible for registration
FOR STUDENTS WHO APPEAR IN THE ADMISSION TEST : Provisional Admission in Class XI will be done on the basis of performance in the Admission Test.
FINAL ADMISSION : Final Admission of provisionally admitted students will be done after declaration of X Board results 2025 subject to fulfillment of cut off marks for Science, Commerce and Arts Streams, separately.
CUT OFF MARKS FOR THOSE WHO QUALIFY IN THE ADMISSION TEST 
PCM/ PCB (SCIENCE) : Secured 164/200 in Mathematics & Science OR 410/500 in any five subjects of Class X Board Exam.
COMMERCE : Secured 150/200 in Mathematics & Social Science OR 375/500 in any five subjects of Class X Board Exam.
HUMANITIES (ARTS) : Secured 150/200 in English & Social Science OR 375/500 in any five subjects of Class X Board Exam.

DIRECT ADMISSION:  

Very few seats will be reserved for Direct admission on Merit, for students those who pass class X, on the basis of result published by CBSE / ICSE/ State Board/ NIOS etc. Direct admission will be granted to students subject to availability of seats on first come first serve basis through online registration only.

The online link for direct admission will be given on our website www.jvmshyamali.com under Registration for Direct Admission which will be available after publication of board results. The timing of opening of link will be notified on the website. Candidates are requested to visit the website regularly.

The eligibility criteria for Direct Admission is given below:
Stream Cutoff Marks
PCM/ PCB (SCIENCE) CBSE / ICSE / STATE BOARD / OTHER BOARDS
Secured 180/200 in Mathematics & Science OR 450/500 in any five subjects of Class X Board Exam.
COMMERCE CBSE / ICSE /STATE BOARD / OTHER BOARDS :
Secured 170/200 in Mathematics & Social Science OR 425/500 in any five subjects of Class X Board Exam.
HUMANITIES (ARTS) CBSE/ ICSE / STATE BOARD / OTHER BOARDS:
Secured 170/200 in English & Social Science OR 425/500 in any five subjects of Class X Board Exam.

FOR JVM STUDENTS JVM students are not required to appear in the aptitude test, but their admission in Class XI would be done as per the minimum eligibility criteria for Science/ Commerce/ Arts Stream as shall be notified on our website later on.

Registration Fee (Non-refundable) Rs. 2000/- (Rupees two thousand only). The payment is to be made online through the link available on online application portal

PROPOSED OFFLINE ADMISSION TEST TO BE ANNOUNCED LATER

Note :
  1. Students with exemplary academic performance in any of the prestigious competitions or Examinations as appended below may be given direct provisional admission subject to availability of vacancy.
    • Students Securing 190/200 in Mathematics & Science or 475/500 in any 5 subjects
    • State Toppers (1st, 2nd) of all recognized Boards.
    • NTSE First Round Qualifiers at state level conducted by the appropriate department of the Government.
    • Qualifiers of RMO (NOT PRE-RMO)
  2. CBSE recognized Sports activities: Relaxation from actual cut off for CBSE recognized National level Sports events, state level Sports events and extra ordinary sports performer. Limited seats will be available under these criteria.
  3. In case of non-fulfillment of Admission criteria (Cut-Off Marks) after declaration of Class-X Board Results-2025, the provisional admission would stand cancelled.
